Distance from Delhi to Ajmer is 400 Kms. Ajmer is well connected by Rail and Road from Delhi. Frequent buses are available from ISBT Sarai Kale Khan, ISBT Kashmere Gate, Bikaner House Delhi, Dhaulakuan Delhi to Ajmer. Volvo AC Deluxe buses are available from Bikaner House near India Gate.

Number of trains are available from Old Delhi Station, New Delhi Stations, Sarai Rohalla Station of Delhi to Rajasthan Ajmer. Shatabadi Express in the morning is one of the best options. It takes about 6 hours to reach Ajmer from Delhi.

AC Buses from Delhi

Buses from Delhi to Jaipur are available after every half an hour. You can also reach Jaipur and then take a bus to Ajmer from ISBT Sindhi Camp Jaipur. Buses from Jaipur to Ajmer are available after every 15 minutes. It takes about 2 hours to reach Ajmer from Jaipur.

Jaipur is the nearest Airport from Ajmer and it is connected by flights from all the major towns of India.

Ajmer is also well connected by train from Bihar, Kolakata, Mumbai, Ahmadabad, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Bhilwara and all other major towns of India.

How to Reach Agartala Tripura by Bus Train Air

Reaching Rewalsar Lake in Himachal - Driving Directions



How to reach Rewalsar in Hiamchal Pradesh
Rewalsar, a small town famous for Rewalsar Lake is situated on a mountain spur near Mandi town of Himachal Pradesh. It is only about one hour drive from Mandi. Once you reach there it is a treat to the eyes to see this enchanting jewel like lake. 

The place is visited by thousands of tourists and pilgrims it is a sacred place for not only Hindus but Sikhs and Buddhists as well. Rewalsar with water, woodland and high hills, presents a variety of natural beauty with serene landscape.

Buddhists come here because it was here that the great Indian teacher and tantric, Padmasabhava left for Tibet. He is also known as Guru Rimpoche - the Precious Master. 

The holy place is truly mesmerizing and you would get the feel of paradise to see the islands of floating reed on Rewalsar Lake and the spirit of Padmasabhava is said to reside in them. 

It is here that the sage Lomas did penance in devotion to Lord Shiva, and the Sikh Guru Gobind Singh also resided here for one month. 

Distance of Rewalsar is only about 24 km by road from Mandi. Buses and Taxis are frequently available from Mandi to Rewalsar.
