Brief Introduction:

Till now, bus passengers bound for various places in the State, had to travel long distances in the City from their places of residence to Bus Stations like MGBS, JBS, DSNR to board the buses to their destination.

 

To reduce the burden of travel within the City and to provide bus facility nearer to door step, Mini AC Buses called “VAJRA” are being introduced to provide direct bus facility from various colonies in Hyderabad to Warangal and Nizamabadand back with the motto of “Service at Door Step”.

PASSENGER APP FOR VAJRA SERVICES:

INSTALLATION: TSRTC MyBus Mobile App can be downloaded and installed from Google Play Store(Android version)/App Store (iOS version). VAJRA tab can be used for bookings for VAJRA Services.

REGISTRATION: Complete user registration process. Users who are already registered in www.tsrtconline.in can use the same credentials

 

Salient Features of “VAJRA” Mini AC bus Services:

1.   These buses will have a seating capacity of 21.

2.   These buses are provided with following passenger amenities

i)     Comfortable luxury seats with push back facility.

ii)   Mobile charging facility.

iii)  Air Suspension system in the rear facilitating comfortable journey.

iv)  A state-of-art LCD TV with high class audio system.

v)    Drinking water bottles and individual AC adjustment Knobs.

3.   The buses are fitted with a mobile device (TAB) with GPS. On-line real time bus tracking facility to the passengers who have booked the tickets is available with facility to Know the whereabouts of their bus on the route. SMS alert will be sent to the reserved passengers phone, besides mail to the email Id.

4.   Advance Reservation facility is being made available as follows :

i)   Online at TSRTC portal www.tsrtconline.in.

ii)   Through specially designed Mobile App, which can be downloaded from

Play Store.

iii)  In the Mobile App, the intending passenger will be shown the various nearest boarding points and expected time of departure so that he/she can select the nearest boarding point for booking the tickets. Similarly the choices of arrival points in the destination city will be shown for convenience of passengers.

iv)  Advance Reservation counters of TSRTC and private ATB agents.

v)    Reservation can be done upto 30 min before the departure of the service.

vi)  Tickets will not be issued in buses, but will be given only through advance reservation or through app as above.

vii) Seats if vacant can also be booked at the “Cashless Transaction Counters” at Uppal X road (Hyd), Suchitra (Hyd), Kazipet (Warangal), Madhavnagar (Nizamabad) upto 30 min. before departure of services. Debit card/credit card/ internet banking are allowed at these counters. No cash transactions are allowed.

5.   A single fare of Rs.300/- is chargeable per head for one journey, anywhere in Hyderabad to anywhere in Warangal and Rs.350/- for Nizamabad including of Service tax, Toll Tax etc.

6.   For Group Booking involving pick up or drop off 10% concession on fare will be provided.
